FAQs

  1. What is THC?
    1. THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is a chemical compound found in the cannabis plant that is responsible for the psychoactive effects or "high" associated with marijuana use. When THC enters the body, it binds to specific receptors in the brain and central nervous system, triggering a release of dopamine and altering the user's perception, mood, and cognitive function.

    1. Low-dose THC refers to low-dose THC hemp products that legally contain below 0.3% THC and at FLWR Club, less than 2MG of THC per serving for any of our products. Low-dose THC products, just like they sound are low in THC compared to the majority of products found on the legal and black markets.

    1. A low-dose THC product, also known as a low-dose hemp product, has a lower potency than traditional marijuana products which have high levels of THC, low-dose hemp products are full spectrum meaning they are rich in CBD and lower in THC and they are great for taking the edge off and enjoying a relaxing buzz without the negative effects of higher potency products.
  4. What are some of the negatives of higher-THC cannabis products?
    1. Many people love high-THC products, known for their stronger effects and more intoxicating “high’s” and many people enjoyed higher potency cannabis at one point in time but began to notice negative effects such as; increased risk of anxiety and paranoia, high tolerance and daily habit, impaired cognitive function and in some cases even addiction.

    1. Cannabis, also known as marijuana, weed, or pot, is a plant that contains more than 100 chemical compounds, known as cannabinoids. The two primary cannabinoids found in cannabis are tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). THC is the psychoactive component responsible for producing the "high" associated with cannabis use, while CBD has a more therapeutic effect. Traditional cannabis has traditionally been grown in the black market and even in the new regulated market to have higher and higher levels of THC, resulting in higher and higher potency and more intoxicating effect.
  6. What is Hemp?
